Catalyst Community Partners’ mission is to revitalize key commercial corridors in distressed urban neighborhoods. We acquire, develop, lease and sell previously abandoned and underutilized properties. We target properties that are blighted, transitional, deteriorated and in need of revitalization. Many of the properties have been on the market for long periods or have had no commercial offers made at foreclosure or forfeiture auctions. We also purchase tax-forfeited, foreclosed and government-owned properties.
