In the past few years, Catalyst Community Partners, in conjunction with The Ackerberg Group, has redeveloped more property along West Broadway than any other commercial development organization. And we do it with the generous support of our donors, sponsors, and alliance partners.

We finance our activities through a combination of charitable giving, fundraising, grants, nonprofit and commercial financing. We engage architectural, design, development and service firm partners to provide pro-bono, reduced rate services, and in-kind donations. We also engage local accounting firms, law firms, and universities to provide financial and business services to West Broadway entrepreneurs.
